TL;DR: The Spray Mop Starter Kit comes with Universal Cleaner included. If you already have Universal Cleaner at home, the kit is still the way to get the mop, and since Universal Cleaner is your MVP, having a spare on hand is never a bad thing.

How the Spray Mop is sold

The Spray Mop is currently available as part of the Starter Kit, which includes the mop, pads, and a box of Universal Cleaner. It is not available as a standalone mop without the cleaner.

If you already have Universal Cleaner at home, the extra box in the kit means you will not need to reorder as soon. Universal Cleaner is used with every mop session, and replaces over 20 other cleaner, so it does get worked through over time.
