We get it, sometimes you click before your coffee kicks in. For most Aussie orders, you’ve now got a 30-minute window after checkout to request a cancellation 🕒✨

After that, your order has moved too far into a highly automated network of systems designed to pick, pack, and get you Koh-ing ASAP, and sadly, there’s no clean way to pause it once it’s in full swing.

We’re working on bringing this capability to NZ, but it’s not as easy as slapping on a cancel button. The moment you check out, your order data goes on a multi-system journey that’s trickier to interrupt than it looks. Hang tight, we’re scrubbing away at a solution!

✅ Address Modifications (First 30 Minutes):

If you need to update your shipping address, you have a 30-minute window from the time your order is placed to make changes, this can only be completed if you have an account and you log in to your order to make this change. After this, we are unable to modify the shipping details, as your order moves directly into processing.

What If My Address Needs Changing After 30 Minutes?

You can update your address directly via your AusPost account once your tracking number is generated. Here’s how:

1. When you receive your tracking email from AusPost, select the “Manage Delivery” option.
2. If you don’t have an AusPost account, you can easily create one using the email address from your order.
3. Alternatively, download the AusPost app to receive real-time tracking updates and delivery options.
