TL;DR: Update your delivery address, then send us the batch number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will troubleshoot first to minimise waste. If your Spray Mop is out of warranty, you can buy the exact spare part you need.
What we need from you
Before we replace anything, we will guide you through quick fixes to isolate the faulty part. To help us move fast, please provide:
Delivery address
Make sure your current delivery address is up to date in your account.
Batch number
Found on the underside of the mop base (usually upper-right), with two small clock-face dials.
Photos or videos
Show the fault clearly. Leaks, trigger not spraying, loose parts. A short video is ideal so we can help clearly see and provide the best help.
Warranty or spare parts
Within 12 months?
Start a claim via the Warranty Portal. Providing the batch number, photos, and your order number up front helps us diagnose quickly and get your Spray Mop back to work.
Outside warranty?
You can still fix it without replacing the whole unit. Grab the exact part you need from the Spare Parts page. Better for your wallet and the planet.
