TL;DR: There are two ways to apply Bathroom & Shower Cleaner with the Ultra Pro Bathroom Mitt; either works. What matters is letting the cleaner dwell for a few minutes before rinsing so the enzymes can do their job.
Two ways to use it
Option 1 - lather first
Spray Bathroom & Shower Cleaner onto the solid blue side of the mitt and work it into a lather using small circular motions. This is useful for building foam on delicate surfaces like taps, glass, and tiles before buffing with the striped side.
Option 2 - spray directly onto the surface
Spray the cleaner directly onto the surface and use the blue and white striped side of the mitt to scrub. The cleaner will still foam up as you work. This is the preferred method for many people and works just as well.
From here, the method is the same
- Let it dwell. Whichever application method you use, give the cleaner a few minutes to dwell on the surface. This is how the enzymes break down soap scum and grime.
- Rinse the surface using a spray, Dish Sponge, or shower head.
- Bathroom Squeegee to remove the bulk of the water.
- Finish with a dry cloth. Buff off any remaining moisture and streaks with an Ultra Pro Cloth for a clean, streak-free result.
Caring for the mitt
- Rinse under warm water after use until the water runs clear. Squeeze gently, no twisting.
- Hang to air-dry after each use.
- Machine wash at a maximum of 40º C with a mild detergent. No bleach or fabric softener.
- Line-dry only. Heat weakens the fibres.
- Wash separately the first time as colour may run.
