How can I update my card or payment details?Updated 12 days ago
Heads up: Koh doesn’t store or manage your payment card details directly, so we can’t update them for you, but here’s what to do instead:
🔐 Who stores your card information?
Your payment details are securely stored by the payment provider you selected at checkout. This could be:
- Apple Pay
- Google Wallet
- PayPal
- Shop Pay
- Your bank’s virtual card system
These providers handle all the sensitive stuff and make sure your payment info is kept private and secure.
🔄 Need to update your details?
You’ll need to log in to your chosen payment provider to make changes:
- Apple Pay: Open your Wallet app and update the card info there.
- Google Wallet: Visit pay.google.com to manage your cards.
- PayPal: Log in at paypal.com and go to Wallet.
- Shop Pay: Head to shop.app to access and manage your info.
Once you’ve updated your details with them, any future Koh purchases will use the latest info.
🙋 Can Koh update my card for me?
Nope. For your privacy and security, we never see or store your full payment information, and we can't make any changes on your behalf. Only your payment provider can do that.
