I’ve logged in but I can’t find the Rewards page. Where is it?Updated 16 days ago

No stress, here’s how to find Koh Perks once you’re logged into your account:

📱 On mobile:

1. Look for the three lines in the top-left corner of the screen, that’s called the hamburger menu 🍔
2. Tap it to open the side menu
3. You’ll see Koh Perks listed underneath Orders. Tap that and you’re in! 🎉

🖥️ On desktop:

Once you’re logged in, Koh Perks will appear right up the top of the page next to Orders and Shop.

If you’ve opened the menu or you’re on desktop and still can’t see it, we’ll need a screenshot to help troubleshoot properly. Please take a photo or screenshot of what you’re seeing (or not seeing!) and send it through so we can get to the bottom of it quickly 💚
